Do I have to pay in full straight away?
This depends. Some 'special offers' require payment to be made at the time of booking. Some other fares could be paid a few days after the reservation is done. Travel Tip - Pay early. We issue the ticket early and you avoid possible fare increases.
How can I pay?
- By Cash
- By Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Dinners Club)
- For credit card payments. In order for the charge to be processed; passenger must complete and sign along with a copy of the credit card, front and back and the copy of a government issued picture ID.
Does the airline allow name changes on airline tickets?
Name changes are not allow in any circumstances. Once the ticket is issue the name can't be changed.
What types of documents are required to travel?
For a domestic flight at check in a government ID is required. For international flights passport is needed, and a visa. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination. Our agents are not responsible for information regarding visa or passport requirements.
Can I travel with a one-way ticket to any country?
If you are not a citizens of that country you can not travel with a one way ticket. You need to have round-trip ticket.
On International flights do I need to pay departure tax?
Yes. Most countries charge a departure tax at the airport on the day you are returning home and it has to be paid in cash.
Could a minor flight unaccompanied?
Minors between the ages of 7-12 years old could travel alone with an escort service offered by the airline of your choice. There may be an extra charge by the airline. For connecting flights, they are allow to travel only on an early flight and it has to be at least one or more flights after the one they are flying.
How many pieces of luggage I'm permitted?
Must of the airline allow you to take 2 pieces of no mare than 70lbs and a carry-on of no more that 35lbs. Extra luggage may be permitted by the airline at an extra cost.
Can I bring extra luggage?
Yes, you can. Airlines will charge an extra fee for each luggage you bring.
Can I change the dates on my ticket or destination?
The ticket has to be unused in order to change destination. Depending on the type of ticket you have you can change the destination.
Could senior citizens obtain discounts?
Unfortunately senior citizens do not have any discount anymore.
How can I earn a free airline ticket?
After you travel a certain amount of air miles the airline company will issue a free ticket- the number of travel miles needed to earn a ticket differs between carriers.
What is a frequent flyer number?
A frequent flyer number is the account number that the airline of your choice provides you to accumulate miles every time you travel.

Can I purchase insurance for my trip?
Yes, you can. We offer different company as Access America or Travel Guard. These insurance covers any reason to cancel your trip and refund your money. Highly recommend for international travellers.
It's my ticket refundable?
Must of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket;
When can I cancel my reservation if I'm not traveling?
You must cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours in advance from the date of departure. If changes are not done within the time limit the ticket will not have any value and can't be use.
