Eat well and sleep well. NO, not at all.

 This may increase your weight by 5-10kgs.

 WHAT TO DO THEN??

 PREPARE A ""TO DO LIST""

 Write your GOALS?

Prepare a Road Map on a paper and how to achieve it. (Save that paper to use it after lock-down)

  •  Write those names who have helped in your life

           And send personal messages of “Thanks “ to them.

EXERCISE & HEALTH:

  • Drink more water waste less water.
  • Get up at 4-5 am do basics of yoga with your family for 2hrs down load 5-10 exercises from net.
  • or
  • Add if possible 100 push-ups (start with 20 and increase by 5 every day Like {20,25,230,35,40,45,50,55...)
  • Down load basic exercises of yoga.

 DAILY ROUTINE:

  • Don’t be awake and see TV or Social media account till 2am
  • Sleep at 9pm.
  • With this habit your immunity power will be increased.
  • Clean the nook and corner of the house.

COOKING:

  • Learn cooking with your mother, wife, sister or daughter?
  • Try to prepare new dishes and serve your family.
  • Make tea for your family.

DUSTING & HOUSEKEEPING:

  • Find old items (cloths, articles) which are not used since long time get rid of them?
  • Through them away.
  • Dusting of  the house

 GARDEN CARING

  • Do plant and water trees and clean that garden area.

 CHILDREN N FAMILY

  • Play with your children parents games like Carrom board, Chess, Ludo, playing Cards.
  • Teach your children something related to history, science, mathematics, magic tricks involve them in cooking activities etc.

 TENSION FREE  HOLIDAY

  • Nowhere to go and no work to do.
  • Keep your mobile of silent mode as it contains Corona virus related stuff only which is already known to you. This will help you to de-addict  from mobile phone. There are no calls, mails etc Hence nothing to see officially.
  • Check it only once in 2hrs and Keep it away from you.
  • Check what is finished in grocery, get it immediately.
  • Learn to avoid procrastination. Enjoy this time with family only.
Clean all your mess in your drives  and also in "inbox"
  • Read books what all are available at  your home
  •  Arrange your old Album (Genealogy)
  •  Spend some time for your personal care.
  • Try to write a poetry
  • Do little Painting and sketching
  • Recollect old hobbies and recreate if possible.
  • Puzzles / cross words of the old news paper 

for STUDENTS

This is the best time to study, practice and get prepared for t\your exams from exiting material.

ABOVE ALL

Don’t go out as you are like “human bomb”. You amy tend to destroy many including your family members.
